To make school even more exciting, we’re giving you even more reasons to come! If your attendance is over 70% between September 19-30th, your name will be entered into a draw to win an unlocked Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime! All you have to do to win is attend! The big draw will happen on September 30th and we’ll have an exciting afternoon of activities for you on that day too! You must be here to win so you won’t want to miss it!
Want another chance to win? Let your friends (14-19 years old) who are not attending school know about us, bring them in to shadow you for the day, have them register and if they attend, you’ll be entered into a separate draw!

On Friday, March 4th, 2016, Staff members will take on any group of students brave enough to lace up their skates and meet them in Canadian Combat! Caregivers and parents interested in coming to cheer on their champions are welcome to contact the school for more details. Please note: School operations will be moved to the Clareview Arena for the event and school will be dismissed from there after the game. Please contact the school for more details.
BSEC Student council meeting will occur Monday Sept 14th at 12:30 pm.
Student council will provide students a chance to:
– Make positive change in school
– Plan school events

Aboriginal Youth Police Academy
If you have ever had thoughts of becoming a police officer with the EPS, but weren’t quite sure whether or not such a line of work is for you, perhaps the upcoming first-ever Edmonton Police Service Aboriginal Youth Police Academy is for you.
