Daily Announcements – Why Vote? Ask a candidate!
Monday, Apr 16th
Why should you vote? Why not? On Monday (today) and Tuesday (tomorrow) afternoons, BSEC will host each of the major-party candidates who are running in Edmonton-Centre to be our Member of the Legislative Assembly. Why does this matter? Because this is your chance to ask them why you should vote! Ask them why all this “politics stuff” matters and why, specifically, it should matter to you. They will all have answers (you can bet on it!)
The candidate meetings will be at 1:00PM on Monday and 2:30PM on Tuesday in the Native Studies Room. Need a reason to show up? Check out the video below:

Take your answers to the questions to Stephanie where you will be awarded points for correct answers. If you are interested in attending this rally please sign-up with Cliff in Student Services. There is only room for 5 students. The fieldtrip will be from 1130AM – 130PM, with an early lunch.
